Fire protection
Broof(t1) according to DIN EN 13501.5 (hard roofing, abP). The top layer and the back are made of heat-resistant glass. The construction is made of aluminium.
Hail protection
The Swiss Premium Modules have hail protection class 5 (50mm diameter).
Bifacial PV modules
Megasol's high-performance modules have active cells on both sides. This makes it possible to generate electricity on both sides, thus achieving higher yields. The additional yields depend on the installation situation and the albedo (reflectivity) of the surface.
